Reselling/Changing a Ticket Owner

If you’d like to bring a friend using a ticket that has a different name on it, that’s absolutely fine — there is no problem with that.

However, if you want to sell or transfer your ticket to someone else and both the buyer and seller would like to have 100% certainty that the ticket is officially assigned to the new owner, we also offer an official ticket owner change with the help of the organizer.

During this process, the original ticket will be deactivated and a brand new ticket will be issued to the new player under their own name and email address.

To process an official owner change, we require:

  • Ticket Number

  • Email address of the ticket owner

Please note: this must be the email address of the actual player the ticket was issued for — not the email address of the person who placed the order.
If the tickets were purchased in a group order, use the email address of the specific player assigned to that ticket.

In the bottom section of the form, please provide:

  • Full name of the new player

  • Age of the new player

  • New email address where the newly generated ticket should be sent
